KETEBI Ltd's operations are divided in two different branches - retail and distribution.

The retails branch of our company operates chain of retail stores in Georgia based on franchise and distribution agreements with world’s leading brands from Europe and United States. We work with brands such as: Converse, ASICS, Adidas, Onitsuka Tiger, Kawasaki, Natural World,  BK Footwear and others.

Our retail operations started in 2007 in Tbilisi, Georgia and currently we operate six retial shops under our brand name- MadKeds.

In addition to retail sales stores, we operate wholesale distribution for some of the products we offer. We distribute in different regions of Georgia to small and large multi-brand stores. We also distribute some of our brands in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

Wholesale operation is performed by our subsidiary company Structura Trade.

Our second branch of operations encompasses services we provide to foreign and regional companies.

For foreign companies interested in Georgian market or in our regional market, we offer wide range of consulting services required to enter retail or FMCG markets such as: incorporation, setting up operations, finding a business partner, gaining reliable information and research of the local market.

For both, foreign and local companies we provide assistance with improving internal and supply chain operations, management, marketing, stuffing services and selection of an IT outsourcing company.

We have been providing tenant and anchor store selection services to main shopping centers in Georgia.
